Communities are arranged along the x-axes geographically from north to south first by volcano and then by county, followed by an alphabetical listing of communities within each county. MB = Mount Baker, GP = Glacier Peak, MR = Mount Rainier, MSH = Mount St. Helens, MA = Mount Adams. Community numbering is listed in Figure 1.
