Ceboruco’s eruptive history for the last 1000 years (modified after Sieron and Siebe, 2008). Shaded areas indicate 2 sigma errors for all pre-1870 lava flows obtained by the paleomagnetic dating method (see also Fig. 9 and Böhnel et al. 2016) and radiocarbon age range (based on 9 samples) for the Jala Plinian eruption (Sieron and Siebe 2008). The exact ages are only indicated for the Jala Plinian and 1870 eruptions and an age range for the Ceboruco flow; the other lava flows are placed according to their stratigraphic order
